Insurance

In an effort to provide high-quality healthcare at reasonable costs, payment is expected at the time of service. If there are unusual circumstances that prohibit this, our accounts manager will discuss payment arrangements with you. If you are covered under an insurance plan that we participate with, we will be happy to accept only the applicable co-payment and/or deductible at the time of service.

We participate with many insurance plans, including various commercial payors as well as Hawaii Medicaid and Medicare. Please feel free to contact our office with any questions concerning our current list of contracted plans.
