Azriel Dror
MD
Dr. Azriel Dror grew up in the Southwest of the United States. He was born in Los Angeles but spent most of his childhood in Phoenix. He returned to California to attend Chapman University as an undergraduate. He then spent a year living in Madrid as a Fulbright scholar before obtaining his medical degree at the University of Arizona in Tucson. Prior to moving to Waimea, he completed his residency training at the University of Washington Pediatric Residency Program in Seattle. He currently serves as a clinician in both Paniolo offices and as a pediatric hospitalist at North Hawaii Community Hospital.
In addition to general pediatrics, Dr. Dror's professional and research interests include the intersection between medicine, choice architecture, behavioral economics, and cognitive bias. His hobbies include skateboarding, running, swimming, biking, foraging, and hiking. He is excited to be part of, and serve, such a wonderful community.
